Summary

I have gained a solid experience as a software architect, developer, advisor, mentor and teacher for a number of Denmarks smallest and biggest IT companies, and I have at several occasions performed technological reviews and planned and executed long term and customized competence development projects for both onshore and offshore employees.

The past years I’ve been involved in development of IT systems used by the Danish municipalities. I thus have a profound knowledge of case and document management systems, but also of the Danish Municipality Framework Architecture / Infrastructure (Fælleskommunal rammearkitektur / infrastruktur), Identity Access Management, Invoicing (OIOUBL) and OIO standards. I was part of the transition project were we replaced a mainframe solution with a new .Net solution.

Before that I was the lead architect and developer on the ArcticWeb project for the Danish Maritime Authorities, where we developed an innovative web application increasing security for vessels sailing Arctic waters. The application was mostly a map information portal displaying information relevant to the Arctic, but it did also include digitalized solutions to reporting and a search and rescue (SAR) tool.

On the technology side, then I am experienced with in Web development, C# and Java. I’ve been teaching Web, Java and Java EE development of all kinds and can easily use my broad knowledge across programming languages and platforms.

I am keen on understanding business needs in order to create and develop architecture and code designs, which are simple, understandable and maintainable. I thus also enjoy the analysis phase as well as the application modeling phase.
