Summary

I am a senior consultant on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, with more than 5 years of experience. I have expertise in supporting clients in implementing Marketing Cloud, building Data Model and setting up omni channel customer journeys. I also have skills in training end users and I can give best practices on how to get the best of Marketing Cloud. I would say I'm 80% functional and 20% technical (I have strong basis in AMPscript, SOQL, API, HTML and CSS). I have worked on different fields such as cosmetics, spirits, sports betting, hospitality, insurance, retail with all kind of client, from SMB to big companies.
