GISP Group is searching on behalf of a large international bank. Security is their organization that delivers high-quality security and risk solutions to the Bank and its customers. Security works with complex technical issues and contributes to developing the Bank’s global competitive edge on innovative risk mitigating solutions. Under Security, the Cyber Design and Cyber Build teams bring security architecture and internal security standards based on regulative requirements and best practices to the rest of the group. The projects are part of a larger programme that will replace the current outbound proxy platforms with a modern solution, considering public cloud, SaaS and on-premises capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Market and modern trends review, bring industry best-practices.
• Strong requirements and stakeholder management.
• Establish and lead project architecture boards, discussions, backlog management
• Lead technical discussions with vendors, solutions review, RFI/RFP leadership and preparation
• To lead and develop high-level solution architecture
• Design of solutions including security controls implementation, operational resilience, capacity, scaling, define management model, service model, recovery, responsibilities
• Support and guide deployment and roll-out phases
• Migration approach and plan development
• Evaluate common points and manage architectural alignment with other projects.
• Support end to end technical delivery
Qualifications required
Requirements:
• Approximate 5+ years of experience as Security Solutions Architect or Solution Architect or Infrastructure Architect
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in designing solutions for large organizations
• Diversity in users, skills, and devices
• Covering multiple countries
• Effective communication skills – be able to represent solution and rationale to senior stakeholders
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Self-organized, pro-active, able to lead technical team
• Experience in designing infrastructure solutions for on-prem and using pub-cloud services within deep understanding of security
• Experience with proxy or WAF solutions, good HTTP protocol knowledge
• Solid knowledge of modern proxy solutions for datacenters and desktops
• Automation design, API, REST, IaaC experience (Terraform)

Project is full time within normal business hours. Start is asap for 6 months, maybe longer.
Remote is possibly, but on-site is preferred. Some travel can occur.
