Salesforce Senior Business Consultant

Job description

What you will be responsible for:
- Understanding customers’ business problems and helping them solve them
- Engaging with customers’ business and technical staff, e.g. in discovery workshops, to find the right solutions
- Challenging the customers’ thinking and status quo Managing (smaller) customer projects independently
- Configuring Salesforce and possibly other related tools Proactively engaging with customers to find new projects and other opportunities for our company
- Understanding of end-to-end the project development from requirement specifications to deployment


Qualifications required

You have 7+ years of Salesforce experience and/or a solid understanding of some of the following business practices and processes:
- Sales
- Customer service
- Field service
- Marketing automation
- Business intelligence
- Portals / communities
- eCommerce
Experience in some of the following:
- (Management) consulting
- Project management
- Agile project methodologies
- Understanding of both business and IT IT customer projects

Good communications skills and the ability to talk about Salesforce and other tools in the business context, without going into technical topics.
At least a couple of cloud certifications (Sales, Service, CPQ, Community, Field Service or similar)
