1. Finance Consultant with experience from a production/manufacturing company
2. Finance Consultant with experience from a sales and service company

Maybe a job as Business System Specialist within Finance in Dynamics AX2012 R3 ERP team is interesting for you! Customer is ramping up their team for ERP MS Dynamics AX2012 R3. The team is part of the divisional ERP organization. The AX ERP/IT organization of the customer consists of approximately 35 employees cross Europe serving the global organization. You could be located anywhere in Europe/EU as long as you are in the proximity of an international airport.

What you will be doing?
In this role, you will be part of the divisional ERP AX organization as an internal consultant on the ERP system MS Dynamics AX2012 R3, working mainly with the rollout of the system and be an important partner to the local companies/sites. Your job could be partly as AX2012 system specialist within the Finance area and partly as team lead for your process/business area in the rollout project you are assigned to. Pending on the need and project the role will be more systems specialist or more team lead.

As systems specialist and team lead, you will be working on-site in the rollout projects with all disciplines in a rollout project. Prepare the AX system for rollout. Participate in change specification, workshops, configuration management, create and update documents, training super users, do- and support test, participate in cutover, do hyper care and support release management and tests in general cross projects. This job might also include some troubleshooting and 3rd line support. All above in close cooperation with the companies project managers, system specialist, consultants, solution architects and the rest of the IT/AX ERP team. As a team lead, you also have responsibility for deliverables from your workstream in the project.

The strategy is to have a high presence on site when doing rollout, so there will be a lot of traveling to our offices and manufacturing sites across Europe. Typical at least 3 days on-site per week.

You could expect to communicate on a daily basis with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on processes and solution. You will also initiate and drive tasks and you will be responsible for deliverance and results within your area of work.

Qualifications required

What we are looking for?
To succeed in this role you will need knowledge of MS Dynamics AX2012 R3 as well as of the business, organization and internal processes in your area. We believe that you have previous experience from working as a system specialist, system owner or superuser within Finance and you are ready to take on your next job!
A positive customer service attitude and strong business understanding come naturally to you, and you have good analysis/decision-making skills. You are looking for the opportunity to work in projects and have a great interest in application/system management and project work.
You see the big picture and you like to take responsibility for the complete solution a-z.

All documentation and daily work are in English so a professional level of written and spoken English is required.
