Our customer is ramping up their ERP Team (Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R3), which consists of 35 employees across Europe. You will join a dedicated team of skilled Project Managers and AX specialists.

You’ll play an important role in supporting our local sales- and service roll-out sites
In this role, you will be part of the divisional ERP organization but you will also work closely on daily basis with the local roll-out sites and there organization. As Project Manager, you will be owner and driver of the project, both looking from a local business- and divisional point of view. The role including supporting our local companies/sites in the journey as well as manage and drive project according to the timeline, scope, based on our predefined and well-tested project methodology.

As our new Project Manager, you will be working primarily on-site at the rollout projects, planning, driving, and managing all activities, deliverables, and resources in a template ERP roll-out project. You will be managing a dedicated project team, which is a mix of AX specialists from our divisional team and the local employees/project members.

Our strategy is to have a high presence on site when doing a rollout, so there will be a lot of traveling to our offices and sites across Europe. Typical at peak periods of the project at least 3-4 days on-site per working week. You could expect to communicate daily with colleagues around Europe, to secure progress and a successful project. We are partly located in the Copenhagen area, Denmark, but 70% of our team is located cross Europe. You could be located and hired anywhere in Europe - as long as you are in the proximity of an international airport!

Qualifications required

Interest, experience, and understanding of ERP roll-outs
To succeed in this role, you need to have interest, experience, and understanding of the disciplines of ERP template roll-out and business process change projects. We believe that you have previous experience as a team lead or project manager in areas of IT/ERP combined with business process changes projects. Preferable experience in enterprise/international projects. Whether that experience is from the customer’s side or as consultant is not that important, as we will support you with training, mentoring, methodology, and tools to execute the job, including a Program Management office. You must have the capability to see the big picture and like to take responsibility for the complete project from a-z.

All documentation and daily work are in English, so a professional written and spoken English level is required.
