Position Overview
On behalf of customer looking for a Service Management and Adoption Specialist.
The Service Management and Adoption Specialist is part of the Collaboration Team and will ensure that the Microsoft 365 platform is constantly evolving through the enablement of new features and functionality released by Microsoft which are considered relevant and beneficial for the customer.

As the successful candidate you will drive the adoption of the Microsoft 365 products across locations in Europe acting as both a subject matter expert and a thought leader. You will be responsible for communicating, maintaining the service catalogue including optimization of processes that support the delivery of the services. This role will have a strong focus on communication, change management and adoption.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities / In this role, you will be:

  • Working closely with the other members of Europe IT and other departments.
  • Within our Companies across Europe, support the IT Managers understand our processes and engage with our Champions community on adoption, training, and new features.
  • Maintaining the end user and technical service catalogue for Collaboration.
  • Management and ongoing development of the O365 training academy which includes the coordination of training with the vendors and Operational Companies.
  • Understanding the O365 roadmap from a technical, end user and data privacy perspective and move these forwards.
  • Developing relevant communications, like Newsletters and educational guides and/or articles related to O365.
  • Developing engagement plans for all end users and smaller communities for O365.
  • Identifying, developing, and supporting on CSI initiatives for the Collaboration Platform
  • Supporting and leading on merger and acquisition activities, as required
  • Providing guidance, methodology and best practice to our IT Managers on adoption and change to ensure and maximize success.
  • Maintaining, preparing, and sharing reports regarding the usage and adoption of O365.


Qualifications required

Key Functional Competencies and Relevant Experience

You possess the following:

  • Advanced English proficiency (fluent)
  • Desirable: Second European language (preferred)
  • Deep knowledgeable of the full O365 product suite
  • Excellent communication and influential skills
  • Strong capacity to lead training sessions or initiatives
  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform would be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of service management principles (is a plus)
  • Advanced project manage skills (is a plus)

Experience/Education

You are/have:
  • A university degree or equivalent in IT related discipline
  • 5-7 year of experience across the entire O365 platform
